Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between the 64, 256, and 512 GB versions?
The main difference is the speed and capacity of the internal storage. The 256GB and 512GB versions use NVMe SSD storage, which is significantly faster than the 64GB eMMC, resulting in faster loading times. The 512GB version also includes an anti-glare display.
If I buy the 64GB version, will I run out of quick space?
The operating system takes up a portion of the storage, but you can expand the storage very inexpensively at any time with a microSD card. Many users purchase the 64GB version and install their games on a large-capacity card.
Is it difficult to use if I have never played on PC?
No, the SteamOS interface is designed to be as simple as a traditional console. Your game library is clearly displayed and very easy to navigate, install, and play.
What does the "Satisfaction Guarantee" you offer mean?
This means that if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return the product and we'll refund your money or exchange it for another product. We want you to shop with complete confidence.
